The tool can be easily found on sale. The cost of pharmacies in different cities may vary slightly. How much it costs to find out at the moment is quite simple.

  1. In Moscow and St. Petersburg you can buy both 50 mg and 100 mg for 42 rubles for 28 pieces.
  2. The same price is maintained in Kazan, Rostov-on-Don and Yekaterinburg.

The drug is presented in pharmacies in Kazakhstan, in Almaty it costs about 870 tenge. In Ukraine, the average price is 40 UAH. The drug can also be found in Belarus.

The most common dosages are 100 and 50 mg of active ingredient, 75 mg are not available for sale. This is due to the fact that the dosage is set in multiples of 50. It can increase and decrease depending on the disease.

Pill Analogues

Aspirin-based tablets are good for thinning the blood and preventing the development of sufficiently serious diseases. TromboASS is replaced by Aspirin, Acekardol, Cardiomagnil and other drugs, the main ingredients of which are acetylsalicylic acid.

Rapid blood liquefaction is promoted by Klexan, Eliquis, Wessel duo, Tamoxifin and Vitrum memorials. Often people are wondering what can be replaced with herbal remedies. There are drugs based only on natural ingredients, Tanakan and Cardiac.

There are situations where the use of pills is not necessary because they have certain side effects. Typically, this applies to the initial stage of varicose veins.

In this case, you can do without using special gels and ointments. The following local remedies are particularly popular:

  • li>lioton;
  • troxevasin;
  • trocurrutin.

Gels differ in price, manufacturer and composition of active components. There is no guarantee that a more expensive product will give a better result.

Provider is the only one who can find the right treatment. If possible, it will recommend a more affordable analogue. Less expensive are the Russian analogues, both drugs and ointments.

TromboASS or Cardiomagnil: what is the difference

About these drugs are complete analogues of each other. The only difference is their price. ThromboASS has a protective shell, which, according to manufacturers, minimizes negative reactions when using the drug on the stomach walls.

Cardiomagnilus, in addition to acetylsalicylic acid, has a special component that can protect the gastrointestinal tract. Doctors note that if normal aspirin causes strong side effects, these drugs will not be able to completely eliminate them.

According to most experts, the emergence of numerous substitutes for aspirin with improved properties – this is just a marketing move. In fact, there is no evidence of any sparing effect on the organism of expensive analogues.

Maria, Moscow. My doctor recommended Cardiomagnet, he came up. I haven't tried any other medicine like this, so I can't say anything. But I think it's better for the stomach of the shell pills. Although, to be honest, the price bites.

All the acquaintances say that aspirin is no worse, but I can't save on my health.

Roman, St. Petersburg. I need to take aspirin all the time for prophylaxis. I tried a lot of different pills based on it while I stopped at TromboASS. Everything is fine.

Price available, no side effects felt. I hope I don't get stomach problems.

Valentina, Yekaterinburg. I'm for this drug, too. The price is reasonable enough. I haven't noticed any side effects yet. I've got a lot of varicose veins in my legs. The main thing is to keep the blood clots from forming.

Aspirin cardio: what's better than different

Aspirin cardio is an analogue, these products have a similar composition. The products have a special smooth shell, which, according to manufacturers, reduces the risk of side effects. It's definitely not possible to say which of these two drugs is better or worse. When choosing a drug, it is worth following the recommendations of your doctor.

Atsecardol is an aspirin, but it has an expanded action due to additional components in the composition. It is believed that the occurrence of adverse reactions after application of the product is not uncommon.

For this reason, doctors prescribe thromboass. It is believed that this product has a more effective effect on blood clots, preventing their formation. The price of the two drugs is not very different and is quite affordable. Aceticardol is less frequently prescribed to patients and is not very popular.

Kurantil – opinion of cardiologists

Kurantil – blood thinner. As a rule, doctors make a choice in favor of any of them based on the patient's condition. Blood problems are often diagnosed during the planning period.

In this case, the choice of doctors falls on Kurantil, and his specialists consider it safer. In some cases, it is allowed even during pregnancy.

Curantile and ThromboASS are compatible. There are situations when doctors find this combination of drugs necessary. Especially if you need to get a positive result immediately.

Pregnancy: side effects

Pregnancy should be agreed with the doctor. Actually, Aspirin's use at this time is not desirable. The use of this drug is not recommended in 1 trimester. Can harm the fetus by causing heart defects and other problems with the child.

In case of emergency, doctors prescribe this medicine, but in minimum doses and for a short period of time. It's happening in two trimesters. Consumption at this time is less dangerous, but also undesirable. Only a short course of treatment is allowed.

The drug should be completely discontinued in the third trimester of pregnancy. Side effects from its use can be as follows: bleeding, reduced labor activity and brain haemorrhage in the child. In IVF, the drug is also not recommended.

Alcohol Compatibility

Whoever has to take Aspirin on a regular basis is interested in the question of whether alcohol can be drunk during treatment. What's wrong with alcohol isn't to explain it. Therefore, drinking alcohol at this time is not recommended. This is due to the unpredictable consequences.

Someone may have a stronger effect on the drug and the blood may be poorly wound up, while some people may have alcohol blocking the result of using the drug. High probability of various skin reactions and gastrointestinal disorders.

Adult dosage

Dose of the drug depends on the disease in which it is prescribed. For prevention of heart attack and stroke should be taken from 50 to 100 mg per day. The same dosage is maintained in case of repeated myocardial infarction.

To prevent thromboembolism, it is necessary to use 50-100 mg per day. For prevention of deep vein thrombosis and hemorrhoids it is recommended to take up to 2 tablets, from 100 to 200 mg.

There are strict restrictions on their use, they must not be ignored. The drug is prohibited for stomach ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, diathesis and asthma. The medicine cannot be taken in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy and during breastfeeding. The obvious contraindications are under 18 years of age and chronic heart and kidney failure.

Caution must be exercised when combining medication with Ibuprofen, alcohol and Dicoxin. Diabetes, gastritis, duodenitis and gout need constant observation.

Trombo Ass 100 Russian, cheap analogues of the drug than replace the drug

ACC trombo: instructions for use, composition, analogues of the drug

ACC thrombo tablets are prescribed by cardiologists for long courses and sometimes for life, so it is only natural that patients are always looking for cheaper alternatives to this medicine. Most of these economically viable substitutes are produced in Russia.

Basic properties of the tablets

Trombo ACC 100 is an Austrian product in the form of tablets coated with a special film, which dissolves only in the intestine. Each tablet contains 100 mg of the active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid.

In a series of scientific tests it has been proven that this small dose has a pronounced antiplatelet effect and prevents the formation of blood clots in small vessels.

But it's not enough to reduce fever, inflammation, and pain with so much acetylsalicylic acid.

There is another important point – 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid – which is exactly the dose that doctors can prescribe to patients on a long-term course, without fear of undesirable health consequences. In other words, only “improved” low-dose forms of Aspirin can be used for prophylactic purposes, which is not usually the case.

With regard to the dosage of ACC thrombo tablets, they are not only 100 mg each, but also 50 mg each. Therefore, depending on the circumstances, the doctor may prescribe both 50 and 100 and 150 mg of the medicine in question.

The main indications for prescribing ACC thrombo and its analogues are:

  • Prevention of heart attacks and strokes in people at high risk of these dangerous diseases. Many patients who have had a severe angina attack or heart attack once will switch to regular medium-dose acetylsalicylic acid.
  • Prophylaxis of complications (e.g. thromboembolism) after vascular surgery.
  • To prevent deep vein thrombosis in prolonged lower limb immobilization (usually after surgery).

ACC thrombosis should not be administered independently due to age and possible vascular and heart problems. This medicine can be very harmful to health when taken uncontrolled.

Russian analogues

ACC 100 Trombo tablets have more than one Russian analogue. They are produced by many domestic pharmacological enterprises, as the demand for such drugs grows every year, as well as the incidence of cardiovascular diseases grows.

We will consider the most famous Russian substitutes for tablets Trombo ACC.

ASC cardio

ASC cardio is a substitute that is identical in all the parameters to the drug considered in the article. It contains the same dose of acetylsalicylic acid (100 mg) and a protective shell that gently protects the stomach. Take this medicine for the prevention of vascular and heart disease should be once a day.

Aspicor is analogous to ACC 100 thrombo for the main active ingredient, but the auxiliary substances and the composition of the shell of these drugs has some differences.

However, it is worth noting that they do not affect the effectiveness of the drug, but allergists should carefully examine the composition of both drugs.

Take Aspicor for the prevention of vascular and heart disease is recommended in the same way as ACC 100.

Cardio Aspinate

Cardio Aspinate is a Russian analogue that is no worse than the Austrian ACC Trombo. The composition of this drug is not particularly different from the drugs described above – each tablet still has the same 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid. However, ACC Trombos cannot be replaced by Aspinat Cardio on their own. Such prescriptions should be made exclusively by the attending physician.

Acetylsalicylic acid Cardio

This is the most familiar drug for Russians. However, the prefix “Cardio” at the end of its name means that it is shown for use exclusively in cardiac practice. It's related to the low dose of active ingredient in each tablet. That is, this Acetylsalicylic acid is not suitable for temperature reduction.

Cheap analogues

ACC Trombo is in the middle price range, and there are cheaper and more expensive substitutes in pharmacies.

More expensive drugs are usually of imported origin and have a name that everyone else has to say.

But relatively inexpensive analogues, we can say that they are produced mainly by Russian pharmaceutical companies and are not advertised, but from this their quality, as a rule, does not suffer.

ACC Trombo ACC substitutes are available at cost:

  • Atsecardol – the cheapest analogue. When it is taken, side effects may be more pronounced, which is due to the characteristics of the shell on the tablets and the degree of purification of the raw materials used in the production of the drug.
  • CardiASC – another cheap analogue, is in the same price range as the drug ACC Trombo. The tablets are produced in 50 and 100 mg each, this must be considered if the doctor prescribes a dosage of 100 mg per day.
  • Aspicor – this medicine was mentioned above.

Of course, the drug Trombo ACC has other analogues – there are more than a dozen of them. It is not possible to say that they are better or worse than each other.

Researches confirming that the most expensive acetylsalicylic acid-based products have a more pronounced antiplatelet effect and, consequently, a protective effect on the heart and vessels, do not. Therefore, it is always worth relying on the advice of your attending physician and choosing with him/her a drug that is both effective and affordable.

ACC thrombo: instructions for use, composition, analogues of the drug

ACC thrombo is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent with antiplatelet properties.

Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) is the active substance, the mechanism of action of which is based on the selective blocking of cyclooxygenase enzyme function.

The drug prevents the formation of substances that cause inflammatory reactions – prostaglandins, prostacyclins and others.

Platelets cannot synthesize new cyclooxygenase, which results in a particularly good antiplate effect by reducing their adhesion.

The drug helps to reduce the blood content of some coagulation factors, as well as increase the fibrinolytic activity of plasma. Increases the fibrinolytic activity of blood plasma and reduces the concentration of vitamin K-dependent factors of coagulation (II, VII, IX, X).

Antiaggregant effect is most pronounced in platelets, as they are unable to resynthesize cyclooxygenase. Anti-aggregant effect develops after application of the drug in small doses and is maintained for 7 days after a single dose.

ACC thrombo is well and quickly absorbed from the digestive tract. In the process of absorption there is a partial metabolism of acetylsalicylic acid, which binds to plasma proteins in the blood.

Metabolism of most of the drug is under the action of liver enzymes, resulting in the formation of salicylic acid – active metabolite. Metabolites are removed from the body through the kidneys.

ACC thrombo instructions, dosage

The tablet is taken before meals, drinking plenty of liquid. The drug is not taken on an empty stomach!

ACC thrombo is intended for long-term use, the duration of therapy is determined by the doctor.

Standard doses of ACC thrombo according to the instructions for use:

  • Primary prevention of acute myocardial infarction in the presence of risk factors – from 50 to 100 mg per day.
  • Prophylaxis for recurrent myocardial infarction, angina – 100 mg per day.
  • Prophylaxis for stroke and transient cerebral circulation disorders – from 50 to 100 mg per day.
  • Prophylaxis of thromboembolism after surgeries and invasive interventions on vessels – from 50 to 100 mg per day
  • Prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism and its branches from 100 to 200 mg (2 tablets) per day.

General conditions

Low-dose acetylsalicylic acid may cause gout in predisposed individuals (with reduced uric acid excretion).

In combination with alcohol, the risk of gastrointestinal mucosa damage and bleeding time lengthening increases.

Side effects

Instruction warns that the following side effects may occur when prescribing ACC thrombo:

  • The digestive system – heartburn, stomach aches, nausea, exacerbation of chronic gastritis and ulcers, vomiting, intestinal bleeding, development of reactive pancreatitis, increased liver function;
  • Nervous system side – dizziness and headaches, tinnitus, hearing loss;
  • Risk of bleeding, hematoma, bleeding gums;
  • Blood pattern side – thrombocytopenia, anemia, decrease in color index and red blood cell count;
  • Allergic reactions – erythematous skin rash, minor skin haemorrhages, quinque edema, bronchospasm, bronchial asthma, rhinitis, and, in rare cases, anaphylactic shock.

Displayed to assign an ACC trombone in the following cases:

  • gastrointestinal erosive ulcer lesions, gastrointestinal bleeding;
  • “aspirin” asthma (bronchial asthma induced by salicylates and NSAIDs);
  • “aspirin” triad (a combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent polyposis of the nose and perirhinal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid)li>hemorrhagic diathesis;
  • combined use with methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg/ned or more;
  • pregnancy (I and III trimester) and lactation (breastfeeding);
  • children and adolescents under 18 years of age;
  • high sensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid, drug additives and other NSAIDs.

Cautiously administered for gout, hyperuricemia, ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract or bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract in the history of kidney and liver failure, bronchial asthma, chronic respiratory diseases, hay fever, nasal polyposis, allergic reactions to drugs in the history, with simultaneous use with methotrexate in a dose of less than 15 mg/week.

The symptoms of overdose are expressed in acute poisoning – vomiting, feces with blood, toxic liver damage, nasal bleeding, tinnitus, respiratory alkalosis.

Patients with severe acetylsalicylic acid poisoning experience pulmonary oedema, respiratory depression, asphyxiation (asphyxiation), cardiac abnormalities, seizures, coma.

The treatment of overdose consists of gastric lavage, repeated administration of activated carbon, restoration of water-salt balance, and symptomatic treatment if necessary.

Analogues of ACC thrombo, price in pharmacies

If necessary, ACC thrombo can be replaced by an analogue of the active ingredient – these are drugs:

  • ASC cardio,
  • Ascicor,
  • Aspinat,
  • Ascicardol,
  • CardiASC.

When choosing analogues, it is important to understand that the ACC thrombo guidelines, price and reviews do not apply to drugs with similar effects. It is important to consult a doctor and not to make an independent replacement of the drug.

Price in pharmacies in Russia: tablets Trombo ACC 50mg 28pcs. – from 40 to 51 rubles, tablets 100 mg 28 pcs. – from 47 to 58 rubles, according to 724 pharmacies

Store in a place protected from light and moisture at temperatures up to 25 ° C. Keep the kids away from you. Shelf life – 3 years. Pharmacy vacation conditions – without prescription.

What do the reviews say?

Physician feedback on ACC thrombo is mostly positive. Usually elderly patients take the drug and most of them report the effectiveness of the drug.

There, however, the exact regimen is often debated. Only the physician can determine for sure how and how much to use the product in each specific case. Side effects are rarely reported in patient reviews.

Specific instructions

The drug is used only as prescribed by a physician.

This should be taken into account that acetylsalicylic acid can cause bronchospasm, bronchial asthma attack, hypersensitivity reactions, especially in people with a history of weight loss.

ACC thrombo inhibits platelet aggregation for a few days after administration, which creates an increased risk of bleeding in the event of surgery or in the postoperative period. Therefore, the use of acetylsalicylic acid should be avoided in the preoperative period.

The risk of bleeding is increased when taking the drug simultaneously with anticoagulants, thrombolytics and antiplatelet agents.

In low doses acetylsalicylic acid can cause a gout attack in predisposed individuals
