      The proposed daily routine is only an average and recommendatory one. It can be corrected, for example, if the crumb is used to wake up in the middle of the night at 2-3 hours to eat, you can put it to bed early at 21:30 or 22:00.

      Wake up at night, the baby is usually in a semi-remote state and, having eaten, immediately falls asleep, unless it does not bother any ailments.

      When the child is on artificial or mixed feeding, paediatricians prescribe the introduction of the first feed from the fourth month of life of the baby in a drop, gradually bringing the norm of various products to the average. Here is the approximate daily ration of an artificial baby, provided that the first supplement was introduced from the fourth month:

      • 6:00 – milk mixture in the volume of 200 ml or kefir in the same volume
      • 10:00 – supplement consisting of rice, manna or buckwheat porridge without milk in the volume of 150 ml, special cottage cheese for children about 40 g and carrot or pumpkin juice about 100 ml
      • 14:00 – 150 ml of vegetable cream-soup or broccoli, cauliflower or potato puree passed through a blender, heated to a warm state with the addition of a drop of sunflower oil.
      • 19:00 – 200 ml infant formulae
      • Night feeding at 22:30 or 2-3 hours a.m. with a warm freshly prepared formula or kefir.

      Whenever you introduce a new type of product into your baby's daily diet, you should carefully observe the reaction of your baby's body to this product. It will appear on the baby's skin in the form of redness or rashes, as well as a sharp change in the baby's stool.

      If the mother notices that the baby has any signs of a negative reaction to the new product, it should be immediately canceled. This is especially true of the finished food produced by baby food manufacturers.
